Website 101

In the top right corner of the site (in the header bar) you will see a link to Sign In | REGISTER

Click on the yellow REGISTER link and window will pop up to be completed.

  • If you currently have an account with Hubbard Supply Co., then mark Yes and provide your Account Number where indicated.
  • If you do not have an account with Hubbard Supply Co, you can register for a website login and place orders via credit card.

After you have filled in the required fields, click on Create Account (green button at bottom left). You will soon be contacted via email regarding your registration.

In the top right corner of the site (in the header bar) you will see a link to Sign In | REGISTER

Click on the white Sign In link and a login screen will pop up for you to enter your login credentials. Once signed in, you can access your pricing, see your order history, open orders, and place new orders.

There is a lot of information here.But for starters, you can search for products a few ways.

  • Click on the PRODUCT CATEGORIES for a list of all categories.You can continue selecting more detailed categories to get to the items you are looking for.
  • You can search by BRANDS. The list of brands includes all brands represented on this site. Note that all products produced by each brand may not be found on this site. We aim to provide a broad range of items for our customers.
  • The Search box is the most robust way to search.If you know what you are looking for, type in the part number and hit enter or click the magnifying glass.
  • Filter attributes on the left side of the screen. If your search results reveal too many items, you can use the filters available on the left side of your screen to drill down to more specific items.
  • If you cannot find something you are looking for, you can Request a Quote. You must be signed in to use this feature or you can call our office during normal business hours.
  • As you find items you are looking for, click Add to Cart (yellow radio button). You can continue shopping and add items to your cart.
  • If you are not quite ready to finish your shopping experience, you can save your cart and continue later when you log in again.

How to Order

Once you are signed in, you can access our Quick Tools – Quick Order. You have three options in this feature.

  • You can enter in a keyword/description and quantity directly in the template shown.
  • You can copy and paste two columns from your spreadsheet.
  • You can upload a spreadsheet. Simply download the sample template file and fill it in (up to 20 lines). Then you can upload that file directly to the site.

Once you have uploaded your items, click on the shopping cart at the top right of your screen to finish the checkout process.

There are many ways to navigate around our site.There are radio buttons along the top of the screen to quickly take you where you want to go.Several have drop down menus built in them to get you directly where you want to go. You can use the browser’s back button at any time to go back to a page you were previously viewing. Also, you will find helpful links in the footer.

My Account Help

If you are a registered user and signed in, you can view your order history with Hubbard Supply Co. Simply click on “Manage Orders” then “Order History” to view your past orders up to the last three years. You can filter by date range.

As a registered user, you can add other users to your account. You will have the ability to set the authority level for each user. Simply click on “Admin Tools” in the header and then select “Manage Users”. From there you can select “Add User” to create a new user or you can manage existing users to change their role. There are three role options;

  • General User: This person will be able to login under your account and view products and add to a shopping cart. However, they will not be able to make purchases.
  • Authorized Purchasing Agent: This will have the same abilities as a General User with the additional authority to check out and make purchases.
  • Super User: This is a person with full access to the administration of the account, as well as request quotes and make purchases.

Registered users have the ability to create Product Lists. This can be a list of commonly ordered items for specific departments, point of use cabinets, or projects. It’s completely customizable to meet any of your variety of needs. Simply select any item (or multiple items) on the site, click on the “Add to Product List” found under the Add to Cart yellow button and a small window will pop up.In that window, you can type the name of your Catalog / Group. This will create a list that you can add to at any time. Once you have created one or more product lists, you can view that group of items by clicking on the “Products” icon in the header. The first category shown in “My Product Lists”. When you select “My Product Lists”, you will go to your lists to quickly and easily find your chosen most popular items to add to a cart. You can add and remove items from your lists at any time.

Product Info

When searching for an item and you have a list of matches, you can click on one of the item images or description and that will take you to the details of a product. Here you are able to view multiple images, zoom in on an image, see the specs and details of the product, and any additional documents will be found here. Examples of documents are Safety Data Sheets, Catalog Pages, Video Links and User Manuals.

If you are not sure exactly what you are looking for, you can search by PRODUCT CATEGORIES. We have over 30 main categories with multiple sub-categories within them to help you narrow down your search.Each and every item in our site will be assigned to a category.

In the header you will find a drop down menu titled “PRODUCT CATEGORIES”. When you first click on it, you will see a list of our most popular categories. If you want to view all of our product categories, simply click the “VIEW ALL PRODUCT CATEGORIES” in the lower right corner of the window.

If you are not sure exactly what you are looking for, you can search by Brand name. We have over 3,000 brands and manufacturers. Each and every item in our site will be assigned to a brand.
