DESCRIPTION
Weiler® Tiger® aluminum oxide 9 in type 27 combo wheel deliver the right combination of performance and value in foundry grinding application. The bond is formulated to eliminate uneven edge breakage or chipping on the wheel edge. This technology advancement improve operator safety by reducing high energy debris during the grinding process, eliminate the need to dress the wheel to regain a workable edge and provide longer wheel life and increased consistency. Aluminum oxide grain provide a consistent cut rate when grinding metal. Combination wheel offer flexibility and efficiency when switching between cutting and grinding application. The 1/8 in thickness make them ideal for light grinding application as well as blending parting line, removing flash and cutting gate and risers with a right angle grinder.
