Key-lock mechanism for protection against waste and pilfering. Features stub roll and emergency feed knob, durable plastic casing. For use only with Scott® or Kleenex® hard roll towels. When installed properly this dispenser meets the ADA Standards for Accessible Design, 28 CFR Part 36, local rules may vary.
