DESCRIPTION

The CTD Series is a high-performance die drill designed for tough, abrasive material. Constructed from premium HSS with a brazed carbide tip, it withstands the heat and pressure of extreme applications. It features a 118° point angle for general-purpose performance, while the bright finish promotes clean chip ejection. The CTD Series can be run at speeds and feeds similar to general-purpose carbide drills and is effective in environments where standard drills fail due to material hardness or brittleness. NOTE: Alternate coatings are available as stock modifications to enhance performance in specific materials.
