DESCRIPTION

Remove moderate amounts of material on soft metals and stainless steel by using the Merit® surface prep A/O coarse grit TP (Type I) non-woven quick-change disc. An ideal disc for weld blending, it offers a high loft nylon fiber and a rugged backing designed to withstand tough applications. When used on high-nickel content alloys, the clean bond technology ensures a smooth, smear-free finish. With its aluminum oxide abrasive grain coating, this disc offers cut rates up to 20% higher than comparable products with up to 50% better overall performance.
