DESCRIPTION

Ideal for grinding many kinds of tool steels, including heat sensitive steels, at light to moderate feed rates, this 38A AO Type 01 >4 in toolroom wheel is made with friable aluminum oxide that provides burn free, cool cutting. Offering consistently excellent dimensional accuracy and balance, the wheel is made with a vitrified bond that works with CNC cutting tool machines along with cylindrical and surface grinders. You can also use this versatile wheel on soft carbon steels and super alloys.
