DESCRIPTION
BBP31 printer must have version 001.010.003 or higher and firmware 107 or higher in order to use this pre-print pre-cut tag supply. It is easy and fast to download and install the printer firmware upgrade - to do so, go to customer and tech support - click on firmware upgrades, select product "BBP31" and click on "BBP31 printer firmware Upgrade" printer firmware. To check the current version and firmware of your printer: turn on printer, press menu on touchscreen, press INFO on touchscreen to display current version and firmware.
