Buffing & Polishing

Compounds are used to improve surface finish or flatness. They consist of fine abrasives in slurry, bar, powder or paste form. There are many different types of abrasive compounds. Buffing compounds are used to refine and smooth a surface to improve its appearance. Polishing compounds, pastes or creams contain very fine abrasives as well as waxes or oils. Polishing compounds produce highly lustrous, bright and buffed surfaces.
